Louis C. Wren, MAI, SRA, Realtor® Emeritus and is the Senior Partner of Wren Appraisal, L.C. Louis started his appraisal career in 1968. He has earned the MAI and SRA designations through the Appraisal Institute and the utmost respect from his many peers, banking institutions, and clients.

Experience

His professional experience includes residential properties - single-family and multiple, commercial properties, industrial properties, agricultural properties, land properties - lots, subdivisions, acreages, and special purposes.

He is an Iowa General Certified and Illinois General Certified Appraiser. As well, he holds an Iowa Real Estate Brokers license. He is a member of the Employee Relocation Council and the National Association of Realtors. He has participated in numerous appraisal seminars as well as broker and appraisal roundtables. In addition, he has spoken to groups of Realtors and lenders regarding appraisal topics. He actively participates in local and regional AI committees and is a past president of the Iowa Chapter of the Appraisal Institute's forerunner, the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.

Wren Appraisal has prepared over 15,000 appraisal reports for a mortgage, refinance, tax appeal, Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) removal, pre-listing, relocation, home equity, home improvement, divorce, trust, and estate purposes.
