Louis C. Wren, MAI, SRA is the Principal and Senior Partner of Wren Appraisal, L.C.  Louis started his appraisal career in 1968.  He has earned the MAI and SRA designations through the Appraisal Institute, as well as the utmost in respect from his many peers, banking institutions and clients.
 

He is an Iowa General Certified and Illinois General Certified Appraiser.  As well, he holds an Iowa Real Estate Brokers license.  He subscribes to the Employee Relocation Council, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.  He has participated in numerous appraisal seminars as well as broker and appraisal roundtables.  He has been asked to speak to groups of Realtors and lenders regarding appraisal topics.  He actively participates in local and regional AI committees and is a past president of the Iowa chapter of the Appraisal Institute’s forerunner, the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.

Heather J. Wren, SRA is a Partner of Wren Appraisal, L.C.  Heather's appraisal career started after graduating from the University of Iowa in 1992.  She has earned her SRA designation through the Appraisal Institute, and candidate for the MAI designation.  She is an Iowa General Certified and Illinois General Certified Appraiser.   Heather is currently an appraiser for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in Clinton, Scott, Muscatine Counties in Iowa and Rock Island County in Illinois.  She is also an approved FHA appraiser. 
 

Broadening her experience, she also has two years of experience appraising in the Kansas City metro area, a major Midwestern urban center.  Heather has been an invited guest lecturer as well as instructor for appraisal requirements of Veteran's Administration guidelines. She is proud to carry on the family tradition of providing appraisal excellence. 

Laura M. Oldfather, SRA is a General Certified Appraiser for Wren Appraisal, L.C.  Laura's appraisal career started when she joined Wren Appraisal in 1995 as an administrative assistant quickly moving into the role of research assistant and analyst.

She is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and candidate for the SRA designation.  She is an Iowa General Certified and Illinois General Certified Appraiser.  

Laura is working on her certification to become an appraiser for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for Clinton, Scott, Muscatine Counties in Iowa and Rock Island County in Illinois. 

Norma G. Wren has been a partner of Wren Appraisal since it's inception.  Norma has played an active role in the management and supports the firm as a Research Analyst.
 

Norma is currently serving as the Mayor of Riverdale, Iowa.
